Access to our property is restricted and only granted to those who acknowledge and accept the liability exposure of renting and occupying property that is considered a wilderness property.
Due to the nature of the rental and the renter activities that take place at our property we require all renters to complete the access form which is basically a notice of the risk involved in occupying the property that has wildlife and other hazards not normally found at typical rental properties. Many of our renters engage in activities like dirt-bike riding, horseback riding, mudding, and other activities that we consider risky at best and this is why we do not grant access to our private property to anyone who does not agree to hold the property owner harmless from any and all liability that may arise from the use or occupancy of the property for any reason.
